Graduation Paperwork and Capstone Deadlines for Program Completion
For those nearing the completion of your degree requirements, including the capstone or thesis as required in your program, please note the following options for program completion.
Online Applied Students
Completion of all required coursework, including the capstone, and the graduation paperwork, is due two days after the last quarter of enrollment.
Note: The School of Medicine has only one Commencement Ceremony each May. If requirements are not met by the end of Quarter 3, students will have to wait to attend the Commencement Ceremony in May of the following academic year.

On-Campus Applied Students
Completion of all required coursework, including the capstone, and the graduation paperwork, is due two days after the conclusion of the Summer term.
Note: Students can participate in the Commencement Ceremony in May of the following academic year.

On-Campus 2yr Research Students
Completion of all required coursework, including thesis submission to the library, and the graduation paperwork, is due two days after the last quarter of enrollment.

PhD Students
Completion of all required coursework, including thesis submission to the library, and the graduation paperwork, is due two days after the last quarter of enrollment.
